OUR BUILDING – ENTRANCE
PARKING
Our building has no private parking, but exactly in front of the building there is a park with the 3 streets where you will always be able to park – we marked with white color the streets. In case of sometimes these streets are more busy, across our building there are two public parking areas – one belongs to the port – both of them are free. There are no paid parking zones in the city.
We will contact you the day before your arrival – just to confirm your arrival time – so that we can make sure that it will be parking available for you once you arrive.
COMFORTS AND FACILITIES
All of our apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you might need for your vacation – you could even stay long term without to need anything extra.
BREAKFAST
Due to we are not a hotel, we are not allowed to offer breakfast as a service, but we make sure that you will find inside the apartment everything you might need for a fast breakfast at home – complimentary.
It will be also a bottle of wine complimentary at your apartment from a local winery. – The jam inside the fridge is always homemade from our mother.

More than that, we will contact you the day before your arrival just to confirm your arrival time – so that we can make sure that we will be on time at the apartment to welcome you plus that it will be parking available for your car once you arrive.
