VIDA Hospitality is a family-owned hospitality company based in Nafplio, Greece, founded and operated by brothers Vasileios and Panagiotis Totsikas.

Our family's journey in hospitality began in 1981, when our parents welcomed guests through their restaurant businesses. Over the years, those same values — care, reliability, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality — became the foundation of everything we do today.

In 2018, we launched VIDA Hospitality with a simple goal: to create accommodation experiences that feel comfortable, authentic, and personal. We believed travelers deserved more than just a place to sleep. They deserved a place where they could feel at home.

Today, VIDA Hospitality has evolved beyond accommodation. Alongside welcoming guests to Nafplio, we work with property owners, buyers, and investors through property management, property assessment, and buyer representation services. We also support individuals planning longer stays or relocation to Greece, while providing hospitality and real estate market intelligence through VIDA Insights.
